swap evaluation

Hi I got a swap request and I wanted to ask if those 2 coins are worth 45$. My swappartner from romania says they are in xf- condition and a good bargain. Please help.

Probably he claims that´s xf- but in reality it´s not.

If they were XF, $45 is a good bargain.
If they were VF, then $45 is a little too much.
I would put them at F or F-.

Justification:
On the obverse of the 1 Leu, there is almost no hair or beard detail, and on the reverse, the girls face and dress detail is very worn.
Similarly for the 2 Lei, although this is in a little better condition.

That would be how I would grade a UK coin of similar age, but feel free to disagree, as I may be being a little harsh.

2 Lei - F+ but cleaned

1 Leu - junk. It looks like it has been cleaned with an orbital sander.

Find another swap partner.

Yes of course i know that they are massively overpriced and scrap. I just wanted to post a example of an blatant scam attempt from a user that also like to snitch.

Spot+10% for 1 Leu = 2.25usd + book for the 2 Lei at Fine (6.00usd) = 7.25usd
