Unidentificated ottoman Akçe

Hello!

Can anyone tell me some informations about this coin, like the ruler or exact year of mint?

I think it is a ottoman silver Akçe form the 15th or 16th century.

Data:

0.31 grams
8-9 mm Diameter

I also searched on numista for a similar one, but I guess my coin is maybe the same like the akce without a picture on numista. The weight of this akce is the only that is matching with my piece.

On as I searched on ebay I found this one:

I think the few details I can see on my coin are quietly the same one this acke that is also identified as one with the year 1003 AH.

Can this be a possible solution?
