Post a coin featuring a human being

So, in the spirit of other "post a coin that matches the theme" threads, here is a thread for posting coins that depict the well-known species Homo sapiens.

BUT!!

There is a restriction! (so that this thread is not entirely trivial!)

For too long have we seen monarchs and politicians on coins - but why? Surely we can identify more with the working class?

So the real rules of this thread: post a coin in this thread featuring a human being who is not a named historical figure. Allegorical depictions of Liberty or Justice and the like are also OK to post. But no kings or queens or founding fathers or founding mothers or anything like that! No, this thread celebrates those often-underappreciated depictions of generic and fictional people.

Apparently this hard-working man from Luxembourg is an iron puddler.

From communist Poland we get this fisherman. It's rare to see an aluminum coin that actually had effort put into the design.

Two unnamed Indian flagbearers celebrating the 25th anniversary of the republic.

We see a lot of American Liberty, but here is her younger (and better-looking) sister Colombian Liberty.

I have no idea if the woman on this classic is Liberty or Italia or Justice or whatever, but it is a nice-looking coin. (So: it's OK if a coin has a monarch on it as long as the other side depicts something more relevant to the theme of this thread)

Happy posting!

I guess very many coins qualify for this thread. Even many coins from a Kingdom have a person (allegorical or not) other than the monarch on them. Most pre-1980 Belgian coins were like that.

As far as I am concerned, there is a slight chance that I might recognize a not completely unknown face in this list :°

As Imre already pointed out, in Eastern Europe, ex Communist Block, a lot of art including coin engraving was focused on the "worker" "farmer" and "soldier" I want to illustrate here a coin which depicts an unknown WWII communist Partisan fighting a German Nazi soldier. This coin is engraved after a famous sculpture.

Engraved in 1969 for the 25th anniversary of Liberation from Nazi WWII in 1945, commemorative circulation coin. Minted in China. The sculpture, see images below, was done from famous Albanian sculptor Odhise Paskali, and it was donated from the than Communist Albanian government to the memorial of the ex Mathausen Concentration Camp in today's Austria, where it is still today. It is entitled "The Victorious Partisan" It is not a real Partisan, I mean there is no story behind him other than the sculpture. I find it nice, and suitable to the topic, representing a non famous human being.

I've shown a lot of my coins on here (maybe too many - lol) so to keep this topic going here are a few of my medallions this time, that do not show famous people, just normal everyday people ...

Those will do - I have others with just a female head depicting France, like Gallia or Marianne etc.

Thank you Zac, these might be the last pics of historic medallions, as your teammate Florian went raging around deleting them.
A sad goodbye to them.
