I found this coin over the weekend.  Does anyone know what it is?  The diameter is about 17mm.

Really, just what it says on the coin.

It is a 1986 tenth of an oz., .999 silver, minted by A. U. Minting celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Statue of Liberty which was finished in Oct. 1886.

Yes, I figured that much. Is this a token?  Does it have any value over melt value? How many of these were made?
