Need help to identify Egyptian coin [solved]

I just got this coin in a bulk lot I know it is Egyptian due to the design on the front but other than that I haven't been able to find anything on here I'm not sure if it's just a coin that needs to be added to the database or am I completely off? Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance.

I can't quite make out the mint date but it looks like the ^ symbol which would make it 1916

This coin was never in circulation  on Egypt teritory. Mostly it was in circulation  on modern Turkey  territory. Egypt had  its own  coinage in1327AH ( 1909/1910 by Gregorian  calendar)
Coins of Egypt have  same dates ( Ottoman Sultan`s date of  Ascencion and regnal date) , but    necessary detail is  " Misr" which you can find on any  egyptian/under ottoman coin.

Thank you to everyone for that help I would have never guessed I just figured Egypt since it had the toughra on it and Egypt was the only other place I saw coins with it but hey that's why I asked and you all helped a lot and I really appreciate it.
