Abbasid ID

Could anyone identify date and ruler for this Abbasid?

The ruler name don't use to be in Abbasid coins. Only the mint place and the date in the inner marginal legend in the obverse (your second photo).

Ok, I understand. Thank you! Could anyone help me to identify mint place and date?
If no one wish maybe you try by yourself?

Richard Plant. Arabic coins and how to read them. Seaby, London, try pp. 48-52 especially your case.

Look at dirhems in IX century, after Al-Mamum.
