Have coin from Isle of Man
looked in list and it appears to be KM# 44
1 pound 1978 AA
correct diameter correct edge
everything is as it says where listed except the weight should be 9.5 gms but this weighs only 4.04 gms
any ideas please?

It's more than likely the virenium version or the silver but the silver one should be 4.6g
