Thailand 2 Att, Y23 1886?

I have this coin dated 1886 however both Numista and Krause list the dates for the Y23 as 1887 - 1905. The coin is just over 30mm and weighs 11.2gr.

The earlier model, Y19 has a completely different design.

Am I misreading the date or missing some other indicator?

There have been several examples of this coin dated 1886 sold at auction.

Yours doesn't look like Y23, unless there is a date missing.

The dates on Y23 have 1249 for the first year, then triple digit numbers on the rest.  Yours looks like 1248 rather than 1249 so perhaps a different coin, or perhaps there is a date missing for that KM number.
Yeah, I thought 1248 too which would be 1886. They changed the dating system in 1887 so maybe that's why the date is missing?

dandelatorre has exactly the same coin with what also looks like a 1248 date:
