Please correct metal and weight for this coin:
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces17407.html
correct data are
Metal: Silver (0.625)
Weight: 16 grams
In the Fench version only the weight is wrong.

Because of the high silver price, in Germany the next 10 Euro coins
will be minted in two different metals.
The standard coins in Cu-Ni
and only the Proof coins in 16 g Silver 0.625.
To distinguish them, the proof coins have the addition
"Siber 625" on one side.
Hello, Now it's good.
Thanks you !

It's a similar situation in Nerderlands, and Portugal for circulations coins. For Germany I wasn't know. It's when this new system ? 2012 ?

I'm trying to update the pictures of Germany coins so that it respects copyright. But it is impossible for me to find royalty-free photos of all parts. I saw that you may own a few.  Can you photograph them or scan them? Modification is possible in the coin unless photos.

Thanks,
best regards,
florent
Hi Florent,
I've added scans to the following German 10 Euro coins: km#230, 234 and 279.
Km#229 was blocked, therefore I add the pictures here.

German Bundesbank begins with 10 Euro Cu-Ni coins in june 2011.
Here is a picture of the first coin (Silver .625 Proof version)

Best regards
Jens

Quote: jr-telGerman Bundesbank begins with 10 Euro Cu-Ni coins in june 2011.

Hello,
I have finish to update the pictures of Germany euro coins, but I have a question for this coins :
https://fr.numista.com/catalogue/pieces13204.html

Where is the mint letter in the coins ? in the edge ?

Thanks
Best regards
Florent
You can find the mint letter for this coin
as a morse code in the edge inscription
between ADFGJ and SPORT
A = .-
D = -..
F = -..
G = --.
J = .---

Hope that helps
Best regards
Jens
Hello,
D and F morse code are the same ? it's possible ?  B.

Thanks you
Best regards
Florent
I noticed that too - the F is   . . - .    or    • • ─ •   or   dot dot dash dot. Here's a chart (which includes punctuation marks, also letters with accents, which I did not know could be done in Morse !) ...

P.S. Perhaps add a list to Numisdoc (even though not many coins have Morse on); also perhaps add a Braille chart as well, as I have seen an Italian L.500 coin with it on. And just seen a few other countries, especially Costa Rica, have Braille on coins.

Hi to all,
ZacUK is right. I did not recognize,
that I used 2 times D before sending the reply.

May be charts with Morse and Braille codes
can be added in Numisdoc.

Best regards
Jens
