China coins - identification please

I received some Chinese coins and I know nothing about them. I want to know what kind of coins are, what time and if worth anything. I hope you can understand something from the pictures, because some pieces are corroded.

It is a eight trigram charm:
(trigram: symbol with 3 lines)

But I can not read what is written on it.
Therere are so many different chinese charms that it is nt easy to find the correct one if you do not read the chinese
