Nice find in this quality!
I thought so too, when I look at It, I really consider it XF medium, like XF 30-32.

I spent about 1 gallon of $3.50 gas to get to this shop (Round trip) And this is the only coin I bought, so in total with gas included I spent $7.00 and Book says $125.00 by your link. for XF40, so I figure it is worth about $100.00 book on low end, and $110.00 Book on high end. I won't sell it, because I don't sell my coins. (2 exceptions, Errors and real low value silver such as my 101 silver 1957-67 mexican pesos which I flip a lot)

Where did you get that information so I may look? As for the hairs, he has no beard, just a moustache, and about 50% are visible in moustache.
