Help possible Spanish 1569 coin

Can anyone help me identify this coin.  It appears to be copper and is 28.5 mm wide and weighs 4.8 grams.  It looks like it is Philippvs time period.

It looks Spanish, but it isn't. It's a Liard from Spanish Netherlands. Search in this country.
