So I found some info, apparrently the token commemorates the marriage between Beatrix and claus, on March 10 1966.

One site says it is supposed to be a proof. The other IDK what it says, I don't read other languages well. However one site says that it is "Zilver" I am guessing that means silver. I wouldn't think it was .999 , Maybe .625 if I had to guess. But here are the links, hope I helped.

There was one produced in gold so I assume they produced them in other metals too

i think its the same like the one on sixbid "zilver 25 mm"
i was thinking its silver but what for silver.
not important i put them on ebay, maybe i get few euros for them.
