I rotated and blew up the picture and you can make out what looks like 1851 or 1857. Either way, it would probably grade at VG and as such is worth around $44.00

If you cannot identify the date with any certainty, and the coin is that battered, there is absolutely no way it is worth $44

With a readable date they are pricey.
