Nepal 1 Rupee 2001

Hi,
are in possession of these two coins of Nepal 1 Rupee 2001, i realized that even though the same date, they have different characters, attaching the photos below and the characteristics of the individual coins.

Magnetic

Diameter 20 mm
Thickness 1.9 mm
Weight 4.00 g
Magnetic

I checked the coins of 2002 and 2003, even those are magnetic, those before 2000 non-magnetic,
someone has already noticed this difference?

i had seen this coin, but the number 1 on the reverse side is KM#1073a in my coins,

maybe in the future will insert a new KM#1073b?

for the moment i insert them as KM#1073a.
