Can anyone i.d. this coin for me?

I hope someone out there can i.d. this coin. I'm looking to purchase, but unsure if it is Bactrain or what. any help would be great. Thanks!

Can you tell us the diameter? Also, can please you redo the pictures from square on so we can have a better view of the lettering.

Wish I could. The pics are actually snips taken from original pictures. I sent an email asking for some more direct pics as well as the diameter. I'll see what he says. Thanks Spookie!

Wow, thanks sujit_kumar! I know  that the person selling it is in China, and he got it in Afghanistan. I think I see a pattern developing here.

I use this rule: If an item I valuable, and it is coming from China, Do not buy. I have never received a legitimate item from any seller on Ebay that is in China, claiming to be a valuable or semi valuable coin.  It's a terrible way to think, but it is what I have to do to save my own $. (This is for Ebay)
