So I went to www.coinsandcanada.com for verification on this error, The "A" is very faint, and it is a known error, called "Missing" "A" However in mine, the "E" is the same way. Is this a product of wear? or?
1968 was the first year these were struck in hard nickel instead of soft silver. So not all strikes from 1968 are very strong. It's just a weak strike, not a filled die or anything.
