I think it is from Egypt, if the metal is copper I think this is your coin.

Numista says 20.6, I don't know if your Dia is in the parameters. It sure looks the same though! I hope I provided the right coin link, although if I didn't, at least you have a starting point.

(I only recognized the coin slightly because I just bought a mess of Egyptian coins)
