Got this token. Look`s like French. If somebody know anything about it - tell me please.

 I think (but not sure) it may be from a commune at Trappes in France ...

So. It`s a token of 35th anniversary of "public service" in Romainville. The French commune in the eastern suburbs of Paris, France.

And what does it mean public service?
