XF-? (or VF+?) and cleaned for sure. $150 maybe?? Don't trust me.

Hi, I'm not good grader too, but shields on reverse are almost gone, I'd give F.

I would not go higher than F if I compare it with the mint state + there are the scratches of abrasive cleaning

possibly can determine the status of the ruble
