1970 France 5 francs doubling

I cannot get the whole coin good, because I am using a hokey-doke setup to get this clear of a picture, I have 2 magnifying glasses, and my camera on zoom 4.0 about 4 inches away from the coin, with  tissue paper overhead to prevent glare but still let in light. So anyways, All words and date on back are doubled, it is more dramatic than picture suggests, but the front is fine, and I would say coin is VF+  -   XF condition.

What could I expect the doubling to add to value? (I do not collect error coins, at all) and this would be going on Ebay or some other coin site.

To be honest I think you will be lucky to sell it due to the fact that they produced over 57million of this date.

USA coins with things like this sell and they produce hundreds of millions.

Here are some better pictures I took with my new camera phone.

US coins with tiny errors sell because US collectors are really anal about modern coin varieties. (because a set is no fun if you can actually complete it) No other country has even approached that culture yet (although we Canadians try to make tiny errors "collectable").

That is an understatement if I ever saw one. I have seen some real expensive Canadian error coins.

Idk, I don't collect errors for exactly that reason. I like feeling finished with things. So this one is gonna go on Ebay, but Idk what I would even price it at reasonably. I'd like to make a few bucks on it above book value because of the error. If it sells for Book price, I might as well keep it and pretend it isn't doubled.

Sorry,
I don't get it!
I see only a poor struck coin (wear die) ! In France collectors search only major default coins (without correct orientation, double edge, signs missing so on.)
Now I have to protest....

I live in France, I collect and document any variant coming into my hands.

The French coin collectors are not different from their colleagues in other countries. Just look at their coin catalogs and you'll see the KNOWN variants.
