Double countermark or fake ? unfortunately, i can’t help you. But this coin seems to me a little strange I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a reproduction…

you can also see that the color of the medal is different at place of the countermark -> so is it a plated coin?

Not Egypt but Ottoman Empire. And not gold like that coin. Yours looks plated (chromium or silver) so maybe made of copper then the stamp indicates it has been plated, I guess.
