Let's see if this one is correctly identified:

Looks good apart from the AD Date. The Date on the coin is 1878 AD (۱۸۷۸)

But the in the obverse, under trident, I read in  Nepal(?) numbers "1934".  The "9" I am not sure but the rest seems correct and, since the calendar does not start in the same day, it is possible to read 1934 in one face and 1878 (Instead of 1877) on the other, I THINK...

The Date is Indeed VS 1934. Vikram Samvat era is a hindu calendar which follows solar cycle just like  Gregorian calendar, so the number of days in a year is same (almost). There are no overlaps of Gregorian and VS calendar as we see in case of AH dates.

 Also please note that the Date 1878 is Gregorian date which is written in Persian. Sort of confusing :)
