1949 1 Piastre Cyprus error?

Someone asked to get this coin from me, so upon locating it in my collection, I notice a few things. There is a line from guys eye to about half way to words, and at end of line there is a slight clump on the surface, I took the best picture I could with my phone, sorry if it is too hard to see, but maybe someone can blow this image up for me, without losing quality. Is this cud? Does it make it more valuable? what about the line across his eye and nose, how does that affect value? As well is patina nice or does it detract from value? Lastly, can anyone give me a ballpark grade and value on it? Thanks

Upon further inspection and research, I do believe this is a Die break from line to clump. Not a major one, but one none the less. However I found no information on if this makes the value higher, or less? As well for patina some say yes, some say no. This one specifically looks rainbow in the light, and I will assume that is desirable because it has nice eye appeal. Please assist if you can so I can maybe make this trade.

These results are still not as good as a close-up; this is what PhotoScape made ...

Unfortunately, Patina and Die Crack value is in the eyes of the collector. Some believe that both detract from the value, while other believe the it enhances the value ...  So therefore, you would have to decide if the patina and die crack hold any increase value for you.

Do not argue with ignorant people .. !! They will drag you down to their level, then pulverize you with experience ...
I wouldn't have thought it would add to the value. I would rather have a good specimen myself I think stuff like this has been correctly put to you that the value goes up or down with the beholder.
