Coin shops and markets in Paris, France.

Hi,
I just moved to Paris, France about a month ago.
Not speaking French yet, starting to learn since it was a last minute move.

So I Googled and found Rue Vivienne to be the spot, and the only problem that it is closed on weekends which the only free time have. I did drop by once on Saturday and there was this one shop (more of a bullion rather than numismatic shop) open. So I asked in English for a 50 francs random dates and it was 20€. Which for me was a bit pricey compared to places like Godot et Fils.

So I am not really sure if I was charged extra coz I spoke English or because it was a Saturday. Or maybe that place is a tourist area. Any heads up would be great.

Also I tried Clignancourt market, which was a huge area and very little coins. Didn't quite ask the price here because I was on a budget and afraid I would be rude too.

So I figured out I could ask here where or which exact shop has your highest rating and preferably (for now) that speaks English. :)

All and all...Paris is very beautiful and the people are nice here.

Cheers.

At the top of the page are two flags - the French followed by American/English. So while in the English section Free Discussion, click on the French flag and it will go to the French forum equivalent called Salon.
Here is the link also > https://fr.numista.com/forum/forum6.html

P.S. If you want I could move this topic to the French forum, though may be better if you create a new one in French language, in case some members do not speak English.  :)
