Could you please give your opinion on grade and value please (but not NGC value). thanks in advance.

Tony that's a hard one. I know some would only give F. Because you don't have a full Liberty on front. And on back the lines in the ones don't look full. Like this:

Even these lines are not full

 But it's an odd-number coin so value always up. I know I always under-grade.

I'm not sure on the value; but I will say I'd grade it a F.

 Tony here at store its around 30 us dollars, but have seen them higher. The older type is a little higher..
 But still a nice coin.
