Regnal year is 20, below the tugra, which makes it 1894.

The year is: 1293 AH (=1876 AD)
Lettering on right image is Arabic:
عز نصرة ضرب في قسطنطينية 1293
means: Ezz Nosrah, minted in Constantinople - 1293

I thing I'm not wrong this time. 0:) Ottoman was using Muslim lunar calendar, so convert the date here by yourself

The Ottoman coins they kept the date of the coins as the year the monarch obtained the throne which is 1876, but as someone else pointed out this coin has the regnal year of 20 on the other side under the toughra making it 1894
