I have just checked the value of this coin on NGC see links below and let me know if you think they have the value the wrong way round.

I agree. KM# 534b.1 mintage was way less than KM# 534b.2.

I assume it should be 2,5 and 3,5 and not 25 and 35.

I did. I think that the mistake is that for KM#534b.1, they probably didn't upgrade the value of coin for a while. What was I saying is that for KM#534b.2 they made a mistake, so in VF condition, it should be 2,5$ and not 25$ and also for XF condition, it should be 3,5 $ and not 35$.

Also, when I am here, the same "problem" is with the Turkey 500 lira KM#989

The value of the coin minted in 141,813,000 examples is the same as the coin minted in 10,000 examples.
I have been searching and I just found this coin from 1989, 1990 and 1991.
