I believe they are all tokens. The Silver Dollar looks fake to me, but I am not an expert.

Morgan dollar looks fake. The rim is highly raised and the wear on the coin does not look natural.

The silver round was probably made in the United States, and I can guarantee the silver dollar is fake.
