Help needed

Hello community

First of all I don't understand Chinese, I've got this coin, and I can found it in catalogue by identifying the symbols in it. Catalogue number is Y# 170. But weight is different, according to catalogue is 10.8gr, my coin only 4.7 gr.
Unfortunately catalog doesn't mention size, but I put it over the image and is smaller. My coin has 23,65mm.
Coin must be made of silver, well my coin is made of silver or at least is silver coated, I've checked it with acid and turns red. Don't want to damage the coin.
Fakes or pattern are usually made of the same size than original, so I have no idea of what I get.
Can anybody help me??

Best regards

Alejandro

Where is the coin in the catalogue I can't find it.
I would say this isn't a coin
Standard Catalogue of world coins 1801-1900 6th edition digital version, China Kirin province page 227, catalogue number Y# 170, 3 ch'ien

Hope it helps
Says there they are worth above 3500 usd.
So now we know there are reasons to fake it.
Try throwing it in the air and compare the sound with one that you know for sure it's silver.
The sound is similar.
Yes I've seen the value, and first thing I thought is that this is a fake, but all fakes I've seen have the same size than original, this don't, is smaller.
Look here a original 1 tael from kirin: http://chinacoins.blogspot.de/2012/07/china-kirin-dated-10th-yr-kuand-hsu.html

I am sure your coin is a fake.

"But weight is different, according to catalogue is 10.8gr, my coin only 4.7 gr."

That's all what you need the know, fake.
Should be modern mass production.
