Help ID Arabic coin(?)

I got this coin recently:   


I cannot find a date on this coin. The only number i see on it is the large 20. Is this even a coin ? I couldn't find it in catalogues of Turkey/Ottoman Empire/Egypt/Pakistan/Algeria/Tunisia. Or maybe i wasn't looking in the right place ?

Goddammit I was hoping it was a coin.
I don't collect tokens but I do have several around.
Saddest thing is I paid 1euro for it. At least it was used as currency too, I guess.
Even more frustrating is I also paid 1 euro hoping to fill the huge gap in my dashboard that is Congo but NOPE - it was a token https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces54509.html

That one was 2 euros. But I've been wanting one for a long time !
