If weight, size and thickness correspond to this one, then 500 Lire is silver.

The other coin looks like a tourist copy.
I collect coins and tokens which circulated in Africa from 18th century to 2000. I sell about 7000 illustrated world coins from http://www.avscoins.com.
Tourist reply of what?

I don''t know anything about it.

Because I made a topic about it but I didn't get any opinions till now.
Kind regards,
Andrei
The Italian coins are silver and real.
The other coin is a fantasy (I guess).
Even being silver, the Italian coins are very common and in this condition are hardly worth much more than silver value (about $6.25 today). The souvenir is probably not silver and is maybe $1 worth. So if you didn't pay more, then you did fine. Reselling them at a profit might be problematic, if the purchase price was not below bullion value.
