Definitely number 2.  I had one lined up to purchase but the price went too high  :(

Finally, my secret weapon is revealed!! #2 Panama is my vote because it's mine, it's uncirculated, and no coin can ever oppose it. This is probably the nicest coin ever made and I hope it goes far in this contest :)

I also think this is silly and a mistake, but dptashny has insisted that Panama is listed in South America for the purposes of this contest in the past. :°
Panama is furthur South than parts of Columbia and Venezuela, would you count them as North America too?
You don't want to go there: you'll end up saying that Ecuador is in Oceania before ever defeating the horrors of Modern Geography. Basically, Panama is a very narrow country that finishes off the increasingly narrow Central American area, and we like to say that Central America, if we have to choose, is part of North America. So, either it can fit right in with the slim countries of Central America, or be stuck to fat obviously-in-South-America Colombia. I'm a member of the geography quiz website Sporcle and they have debated any possible geographical definition to death there, so I have seen this go on before - they ultimately decided that Panama is the southernmost member of North America.

When they separated from Colombia in 1904, did they even think of the headache they would cause future generations of geographers?? Not every country manages to split itself across two continents with only one revolution B.

Taking a break from swapping for a while, but still interested in pre 1799 Spanish coins, I will make time for that!

Looking for pre 1783 coins
