Just wondering what kind of grades you would give to following coins
1.

f/f+ , because stripes on "20" are faded out.
2.
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces10301.html ~
f , because obverse looks poor
3.
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces7142.html good details, but dirty, I am not sure how to grade dirty coins, but I would give around
vf/vf-
How you are grading coins where one of side is good condition, but another is not good, exapmple, obverse vg and reverse vf?

Coin 1 & two I agree.
Regarding coin 3 I would grade it more near de XF. Dirt only afect the grading for uncirculated coins.
Regarding the dirt, just try to leave the coin in destilated water with a drop of shampoo during one/two day...

For #2, if it was me, I would tick VG and note that the reverse is F. Because that obverse definitely seems VG to me.
