 I found it by typing  ١٣٢٧   ٢٠  in the Search (by going to Special keyboard and chosing Arabic).

 Or once translated to 20 1327 then if the size of 21mm had been mentioned, then the Advanced Search

 would have found it quicker. I always add 1mm either side of actual size to allow for variances; hence for 21mm size I search as 20-22mm
