Quelqu'un sait ce que signifient le poisson ou le coq (entre autres) sur les pièces des Pays-bas ?

Le dessin correspond généralement à la marque du directeur d'atelier (ou graveur général).
Comme en France, où il y a une abeille, un dauphin, etc...
