Therefore it would be listed as 2007 and ٢٠٠٧ should be on the OBV left rim

You first stated that the coin dates were as quoted above.

Yes, coin dates that you show are 2008 - 1429, which is in the book, not 2008 - 1428 as you first stated … !!!

So what's the problem … !!!

You do realize that in your original post you said 1428, but when you posted the image you said 1429.  Your coin is a perfectly normal example of this: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces26558.html
