2002 2 Euro coin ID help needed

It is a German made? 2 euro coin 2002  LL found  the other "mint" mark  "A", "D", "J" etc... unknown, I can not find it, any suggestions?

Yes this is a German coins 2euro
You can find the mint Mark under the eagle
