But Tony it is, after all, "pretty rare"! I wonder what the mintage is?
Just because you can't see it ... doesn't mean it isn't there - Anon.

It is not a token, it's a coin non circulating !!!!!
This may confirm any numismatist from Russia !
I'm changing this coin only for good silver coin worth not less than $25.
I don't know what mintage of this coin, but is limited !!!

Hey,
look at these auction
http://www.ebay.de/itm/SPITZBERGEN-100-Rubel-1993-Eisbar-A186-/271287827622?pt=M%C3%BCnzen_Medaillen&hash=item3f2a03bca6
With these coins from 1993 the Russian Mining workers have been paid for there work and in the Russian Shops these coins have been legal tender. Because the Norwegian Government has made an Intervention
of the inscription " Rossijskaja Federacija " and so it they was taken out of the legal tender.
Best regards
Holger

http://www.ozon.ru/context/detail/id/7975832 ), I wouldn't pay for it, even $1
