No - that year is actually found under KM#13.
It is a different alloy and thus has a different KM#. It deserves a separate entry in the list

The 1984 coins from St. Helena & Ascension are all type coins,as is the 1991 coins.
It is from 1998 onwards that things get really interesting - such as the addition of the 20 Pence coin (one that eludes me so far),& the replacement of the large 5 Pence with the small 5 Pence (which is also one that eludes me as well).
