New Albania, 20 Leke 2012 brass plated steel

Hello,

Bank of Albania released earlier in July the new 20 Leke 2012, which is the same coin as before regarding design, only the material has changed to steel with brass plating. Can you please add another year to the existed coin, or should another coin be created?

I think the general consensus is that if the metal is changing it should be a new entry.

yes, you are right, but for example 1 Lek 2008, switched from bronze to copper plated steel, and KM listed under same number, not even a letter was added...Although in Numista a new entry was created for that coin.

 I think overrules KM in just a few years! - an old paperbased encyclopedia, like the one that Diderot and Rousseau wrote, can not compete with an ambitious collaborative catalog.

I think we need a referee for Albania! (Somehow, currently we have no) Someone who has the devotion, dedication, competence and expertise to build the Albanian Numista database to a world-class level.
