Adding Proof coins

What's the procedure to add proof coin to the list?
I have a proof version of: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces26864.html
I'd like to add another row on years list, (Duplicating the year 1877) specifying detail:
Pure gold plated Au.999 brass, PROOF

Is that possible?
