A picture of the 2012 Gibraltar 9-coin set shows all in there have the new wording.
On that site the same applies to the 2011 and 2010 sets as well. Maybe the catalogues do need changing and a new KM number as well then.

The £5 coin with the new wording: "This issue caused controversy in Spain. The title of King
of Gibraltar historically corresponds to the crown of Castile and not to England."
