It says on there "NOTE: the mintletters "A", "B", "C", "D" or "E" are imprinted in the two points of the surrounding legend. If coin is worn these are very hard to spot or read".
So I guess you have 1995 A B C coins with worn points, and instead are trying to identify from the style of the year numbers? I assume the points mean the
○ before REPUBLICA and the
○ after ARGENTINA so I guess you have looked there first. Sounds like similar to the Spanish coins which used to have the mint year in a star and it got worn away.

Those are the letters for each mint / number style. I think the difference can be found best from the 5 number; A has a pointed tail, B has a very slightly curved top, C has a flat top.
