Also please check it's weight and diameter. Fakes known to exists which are hard to detect from photograph.

Have not checked it`s weight, but it is 31mm in diameter..

Numista suggests the diameter as 32mm. This coin does look real, but you can't be 100% certain.

The coin is type F VIII by Stevens and Weir (Pridmore no. 53 described as
Indian Head)
My exemplar has 31.16 mm Ø and a visible "crescent" privy mark on the front ribbon.
Used time zone is UTC+2:00. Current time is 20:28.
