This should be the coin, https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces9718.html

This looks to be F+ to VF to me, so the value should be around USD 35/40.

Also please check it's weight and diameter. Fakes known to exists which are hard to detect from photograph.

This is the coin yes, but need more details.
No details on there mintage.
Different berry count varieties exist.
Have not checked it`s weight, but it is 31mm in diameter..
Numista suggests the diameter as 32mm. This coin does look real, but you can't be 100% certain.

The coin is type F VIII by Stevens and Weir (Pridmore no. 53 described as Indian Head)
My exemplar has 31.16 mm Ø and a visible "crescent" privy mark on the front ribbon.
