Hi,
These coins are forgeries.
No chinese cash coin bears the christians dates : never !
You can easily recognize fake chinese cash coins by inspecting the background of it:
If you see spots or "grains", like yours, be sure the coins are modern fakes.

Probably some charms, I saw a lady this week who keeps one similar to the first one depicted here in her purse, she says she will never run out of money because of that. Just like some people keep religious medals. It reproduces cash.
