Thanks for the replies, I can't find the coin in the "numista" database. They are very similar to both the "Valens" emperor (364-378) and the "Claudius II" emperor (238-270). I thank anyone who can solve my problem.

This coin is a bronze AE3 (Nummus / Centenionalis) minted under the Roman Emperor Valens, who ruled the Eastern Roman Empire from 364 to 378 AD.
