Googling the name.. I found a company in Germany trading coins and collectibles..

Hi There, Sir Rowland Hill is well known for his invention of the stamp: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rowland_Hill 

On the other hand we have here in Switzerland a company named SRH (SRH for Sir Rowland Hill ) → https://www.srh-ltd.ch/fr/home (Sorry French or German) who sells mostly token made by Valcambi.

It's one of those companies that sell you worthless trinkets for cheap the first time and then you regularly get send more crap that costs you an arm and a leg (at least according to a 23 year old German forum post).
