What is this coin and how much is it worth?

These photos show both sides of the coin. I searched the Internet but there is nothing like it, maybe someone knows what it is?

Hello. It's not a coin but some kind of token. The one side with the eagle is very generic and is found on a lot of tokens such as

N#126666

And many more.  It may be worth a couple of dollars to somebody that collects tokens like that.
