Wilhelmina 25 cents 1895 (Slanted Mintmaster Mark) [solved]

Dear forum members,

I have a silver 25 cents coin from 1895 (Kingdom of the Netherlands - Queen Wilhelmina) in my possession. 

This is the rare variety featuring the slanted mintmaster mark (slanted halberd).

I would highly appreciate your numismatic expertise to help evaluate the overall grade and condition of this specific coin. I am planning to eventually send it in for official grading and encapsulation (PCGS or NGC slab), so I would love to hear your independent assessments of its condition (e.g., VF, XF, AU or higher).

I would say VF-

...you can run,  but you can't hide...

Difficult to be precise with these photos but I would be a little more generous at VF+ but unfortunately cleaned.

With grading being determined by the worst side F for me, using European descriptive grading.
